Hector Dick Williams is a 18-year-old teenager who enjoys watching YouTube videos, watching television and spreading right-wing propoganda. He is gentle and entertaining, but can also be very violent and a bit sneaky.

He grew up in a middle class neighbourhood. Having never really known his parents, he was raised in a series of foster homes.
Hector goes to Erinsborough School, where his favourite subjects are chemistry, biology and medicine. He loves his teacher Mrs Little but hates Miss Powell whose interests include looking like a tomato.
He is currently in a relationship with Evan Christy Wood. Evan is 8 years older than him and works as a screenplay writer.
Hector’s best friend is a teenager called Lindsey Hewitt. They are inseparable. He also hangs around with Duncan Mackay and Brody Simmons. They enjoy photography together.
